After a yummy dinner, the kids opened up their traditonal Christmas eve present of pajamas and then we went to the temple and walked around. Robby was so funny with his present. He was positive it was going to be a fun toy and when he opened it he said "Aww, don't like pajamas, these ones are bad." Luckily within a few minutes of putting them on he decided they were "nice and warm". It was an unsually warm Christmas this year in Arizona and somewhat weird to be enjoyin the beautiful Christmas lights in only light jackets!
After temple lights, we made it back home by around 9ish and read our traditional books: Night Before Christmas and The Christmas Story (Christ's birth). Then is was off to bed and time for Santa and his elves to get busy. This year I made it into bed by about 2:30, which is actually better than last year!
Eli quickly found the neighbor goody plates at my in-laws and would fetch himself a snack whenever he pleased~ which was often!
Cute Abigail playing us some Christmas music before dinner
This is about all Jesse eats and sleeps these days.....editing, editing, editing on all of his MBA essay and applications......
This last picture was actually taken on Thanksgiving by my mother-in-law of the whole family during "pie night".
